what is the dual pricing program?

The price listed on your menu or website for your product or service is the price that includes a flat processing rate; however, when somebody decides to pay with cash instead of a card, they receive a small discount equal to the processing rate. Example: if your rate is 3% and a cup of coffee is listed as five dollars, and your customer decides to pay with cash, the amount equal to the processing rate ($0.15) would be subtracted from their total, bringing it to $4.85.
